一,、大賽概況

大賽以“弘揚(yáng)鋼鐵文化，展示鋼城魅力”為創(chuàng)作主題,，以戶外景觀鋼雕的形式于2012年10月22日至2012年11月22日在馬鞍山市節(jié)慶廣場(chǎng)展出,，展出結(jié)束后，參賽作品將在馬鞍山各景區(qū)永久陳列,。

本次大賽從征集方案中選取中國(guó)藝術(shù)家25人,，國(guó)外藝術(shù)家5人，共30件作品參加大賽,。

大賽為30位參賽者每人提供人民幣六萬(wàn)元參賽費(fèi),。

為鼓勵(lì)和扶持青年雕塑家，展覽還將從應(yīng)征方案中,，特別邀請(qǐng)10位青年雕塑家參加大賽,。

所有參賽作者將受邀分批赴馬鞍山進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)創(chuàng)作。

大賽主辦方將為參賽者提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)創(chuàng)作條件,，包括往來(lái)交通,、食宿,、材料,、助手、加工,、安裝等費(fèi)用,，邀請(qǐng)參賽作者參加開(kāi)幕式。

大賽設(shè)金獎(jiǎng)1名,，獎(jiǎng)金5萬(wàn),；銀獎(jiǎng)2名，獎(jiǎng)金：3萬(wàn),；藝術(shù)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)2名,，獎(jiǎng)金：2萬(wàn)；藝術(shù)新人獎(jiǎng)3名,，獎(jiǎng)金：1萬(wàn)以表彰此次參賽的優(yōu)秀作品,。

組委會(huì)將聘請(qǐng)國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)著名的專家學(xué)者組成藝術(shù)委員會(huì),，按照公開(kāi),、公平、公正的原則，嚴(yán)格依照制定的評(píng)選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序進(jìn)行初評(píng),、復(fù)評(píng),，最終從參賽作品中產(chǎn)生獲獎(jiǎng)作品。大賽組委會(huì)將為獲獎(jiǎng)藝術(shù)家頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書(shū),、獎(jiǎng)金及紀(jì)念品,。

   二、參賽作品征集要求

1,、參賽作品形式

參賽作品形式須為戶外景觀鋼雕,，設(shè)計(jì)尺寸為（長(zhǎng)、寬,、高）兩米以上,、五米以下，鋼雕材料的選用必須符合馬鋼鋼鐵（板,、型,、線、輪）四大產(chǎn)品種類中的一種或多種,。（鋼材型號(hào)圖片詳見(jiàn)中國(guó)（馬鞍山）國(guó)際鋼雕作品大賽暨鋼雕藝術(shù)展的官方網(wǎng)站www.mansarts.com,。）

2、征稿范圍

具有雕塑創(chuàng)作能力的國(guó)內(nèi)外藝術(shù)家均可報(bào)名參加,，不限國(guó)別,、民族、年齡,、性別,。

3、創(chuàng)作要求

參賽作品要求是原創(chuàng)作品,；作者擁有作品全部的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),；參賽作品能較好地與馬鞍山市的地域特色和自然環(huán)境相融合，并具有可實(shí)施性,、安全性和永久性,。

三、征集細(xì)則

（1）本次大賽征稿原則上采用網(wǎng)上報(bào)名的方式,，每位作者須在線填寫(xiě)藝委會(huì)統(tǒng)一制定的參展作者登記表及作品說(shuō)明書(shū),，并在線提交1-3件作品的圖片資料供藝委會(huì)評(píng)選，大賽的相關(guān)信息和資料可以從本次大賽的官方網(wǎng)站上下載,。

（2）不能進(jìn)入大賽官網(wǎng)的作者可與藝委會(huì)聯(lián)系,，須于2012年5月28日之前將填好的電子版登記表與參賽作品方案圖片發(fā)至組委會(huì)指定電子郵箱：[email protected]。登記表格填寫(xiě)務(wù)必清楚,，不漏項(xiàng),，國(guó)外參賽作者（華裔除外）原則上用英語(yǔ)填寫(xiě),。報(bào)送材料逾期將不被受理。

（3）為保證大賽質(zhì)量,，2012年6月5日之前,，藝委會(huì)依據(jù)報(bào)名參選資料對(duì)所有報(bào)送作品進(jìn)行評(píng)選，評(píng)選結(jié)果將于2012年6月5日在2012中國(guó)（馬鞍山）國(guó)際鋼雕作品大賽暨鋼雕藝術(shù)展官方網(wǎng)站公布,。參賽作品一旦入選,，藝委會(huì)將向入選作者寄發(fā)邀請(qǐng)信和參賽合同，明確雙方的責(zé)任,、權(quán)利和義務(wù),。

2012中國(guó) （馬鞍山）國(guó)際鋼雕大賽暨鋼雕藝術(shù)展組委會(huì)保留對(duì)本大展征稿啟事的最終解釋權(quán)。

2012·CHINA INTERNATIONAL STEEL SCULPTURE COMPETITION AND STEEL SCULPTURAL ART EXHIBITION

CONTRIBUTION INVITED

 

In order to Propagating Ma’anshan City’s traditional steel culture and Promoting the development of steel sculptural art, and to performing steel sculptural culture of Ma’anshan city, the competition is initiated by  local government, Magang (Group) Holding Company Ltd, Sculpture Professional Committee of Chinese Arts and Crafts Institute and “Sculpture” Magazine together. Collect sculpture global right now.

 

Part 1  SURVEY OF COMPETITION

The competition’s theme is Propagating Ma’anshan city’s traditional steel culture and showing the city’s charm. Sculptures will be on show at ma’anshan city’s Jieqing square in steel sculptural styles from October 22 to November 22 in 2012. After exhibition , all sculptures will be displayed forever at diverse scenic zone of Ma’anshan city.

The committee will select 30 sculptures to take part in the competition from all collections, and include Chinese artists’ 25, foreigners’ 5.

The committee will provide ￥60,000(RMB)cost for ever artist who has been entered in.

In order to encourage and support young sculptors, the committee is going to invite 10 youngers in the running.

If applicant who would be entered in the competition, he or she will attend personally for creation at Ma’anshan city.

The committee will supply them with site creation condition, and bear all the coats such as round-trip, accommodation, material, assistant, machining and setup, and invite them to take part in the opening ceremony.

The competition will offer gold for one person, bonus is 50,000 yuan; Silver for two persons, bonus is 30,000 yuan; Innovation Award for two, bonus is 20,000 yuan; Breakout Sculptors will be three, bonus is 10,000 yuan.

The committee will engage national and international artists form the Arts Council, according the principle of openness, impartiality and fairness, selection must be carried out on criterion and procedure of which has settled, and the prizes come from all works of the entrant, and the committee will bestow honors, prizes and souvenir for winners.

 

Part 2   NOTICE FOR ENTRIES

1.     The styles of entries

All entries must be steel sculptures which could be set outdoor, design size is : (Length, Widht and Height) more than two metres and less than five metres. Material selection must be the steel and iron of Magang (Group) Holding Company Ltd, w hich produces four styles mainly.

2.     Range of artworks

All the artists who have qualifications for application can join. There is no restriction on the nationality race, age and gender.

3.     Requirement for creation

The art work must be original; artists are in possession of his or her copyright; The art works can be integrated into local characteristic and  environment, and be implementation, safety and permanence.

 

Part 3  REGULATIONS OF REQUISITION

(1) All competitors submit online submissions in principle, and need to fill out the attached blank and artworks instruction online, then  present 1-3 artworks to the committee online. The related data of  competition can be downloaded from official website: www.mansarts.com.

(2) competitors who can not access and view this website, need to 

get in touch with the committee,，and must send to appointed E-mail：

[email protected]. Be sure the application form clear and  intact. Foreign artists (except Chinese descent) must use English to fill in.

The application form can not be received when it is overdue.

(3) In order to ensure the quality of competition, We intend to select some participants get through to the competition in advance before 5th June 2012, A final issue will publish on official website: www.mansarts.com on 5th June 2012. If you ensure get through to the competition, the committee will send formal invitation to you and sign a contract with you, to agree reached between the committee and competitors for the establishment of the cooperation relationship and the definition of the rights, responsibilities and obligations of each party.
